After reading quite a few professional reviews that recommended the LG C9 TV as having the best picture quality available, right now, I went ahead and ordered it. The price for the 77″ was a little difficult to stomach, but it’s a great feeling to have the best viewing experience available. I use a home theater system for audio, so I can’t comment on the built-in speakers, but the interface and apps available through WebOS have proven adequate. The only shortcoming I’ve encountered firsthand is that the built-in video rendering engine does not support image-based subtitles (PGS, VOBSUB), though text-based subtitle formats (SRT) render just fine. Amazing TV, you simply cannot beat an OLED for picture quality. It has a clear advantage over other technologies in terms of contrast and richness of color. The software is great, easy to navigate and can have the remote control your connected devices and also synch with AI services like Alexa and Google Assistant. If you want premium, get OLED. #sweepstakes

4K HDR is mind blowing how realistic the picture is. It puts you in the scene. LG C9 is a top end TV and has more features than I will probably ever use. It has an awesome picture and many menu options if you like doing calibrations yourself. Out of the box it offers accurate picture quality.
