This is my 3rd gaming laptop from Msi, i can say this is yet another peace of art from MSI, RGB per key is beautiful and very satisfying, build quality even better than my previous GS63VR which was also very powerful and slim,i usually play rpg games and FPS games and it handle everything i throw at it very well, screen is also very bright and color accurate im loving 240hz screen it is very fluent and beautiful. I recommend to all my friends msi laptops because they are very powerful !

I was Initially torn between this & the Razer Blade 15. It took some time but I think GS66 was by far the better bargain as well as bang for buck. I upgraded from a MSI GE72MVR Apache pro & this laptop surpasses it in every category including portability.
Firstly, the CPU is a i7-750H (6-cores), GPU 2070 Max Q. This is not the desktop or even the bulky gaming laptop variant but the (Mobile) version which is significantly weaker than the ladder. That doesn’t mean that this Max Q variant won’t perform amazingly while gaming just don’t expect desktop like results from it, in a ultra book like form factor. Just wanted to make that clear.

I decided that for the price range I was looking at, the MacBook Pro wasn’t going to fit.
I was looking for something:
– Powerful for doing 3D design for my 3D printing hobby
– Good enough to run decent Windows games, so I could play with my son
– Portable to take to work each day
– Expandible to add storage (not replace)
– With Thunderbolt 3 to handle my external drives and perhipherals
– With a good…
